COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

The Objective

I was tasked to develop an article that guides and empowers new users to understand how to leverage the power of community support in audio creation by defining key goals of the Recordical Digital community.

Resources

The Recordical Launch Team met regularly to collaborate on the value of the digital membership platform by organizing content, forums, and the purpose of the social component of the platform based on user research conducted in the previous year on audio creators’ pain points and needs.

Strategy

The drafted Recordical™ Community Guidelines article aimed to address the following:

  • Understand the user's pain points.

  • Use clear and concise copywriting.

  • Use an informative, yet motivating tone and voice.

  • Clear goals for the community.

    • Share

    • Engage

    • Collaborate

    • Lead

    • Evaluate

  • Direct users to conduct policy and the membership agreement stating users are required to uphold the policy.

Tools & Review Process

The team tracked deadlines and assignments using Monday.com. The lead content writer completed the first round of the draft’s review. The head of the marketing department offered the final review and approval before publishing.
