Podcast Media Kit

As the Communications Specialist, I led the development of the earned media campaign for podcast launches for clients such as Intuit TurboTax, Let's Talk Menopause, NEA, and Olaplex in collaboration with our marketing team. I then executed those plans for the latter three clients, including press releases, media kits, and media pitches. In addition, I cultivated relationships remotely with media and industry players to land features on media platforms targeted to podcast listeners, industry leaders, and journalists.

The Objective

The marketing services scope of work included a media kit as a deliverable in order to successfully pitch the podcast for media placements. Our team collaborated to provide media and key industry players with an accessible page with all of the key information about the podcast.

Resources

FRQNCY Media used Notion as a portal to offer clients campaign plans and other links to deliverables. Our team built a template to create a live page for media kits on Notion based on the podcast development plan and episode scripts created by the strategy team.
